The Eleventh Hour Street Ministry was held on Sunday December 12th from 3 to 5 pm. Due to inclement weather, Berea Baptist Church graciously allowed the use of their facilities in order to to share God’s love and serve others. Clothes, books, toys, shoes, chicken noodle/vegetable soup by Bro Jamie Locklear, award winning chicken bog by Bro Gene Deese, gourmet hot chocolate by Bro Glonnie Scott and drinks were given away. Mr. Stephen Locklear, from West End Baptist Church, came out and setup a table with bibles/tracts to share the Gospel message.  Two vans went out to Strickland Heights and Maynor Manor to transport people to and from the church. Special music was provided by Kendrick Chavis.  We thank God for 11th_hour_Street_min024_1the rain and for making a way for the event to proceed, He is always faithful.  “For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me…” Matt 25:35-36 KJV
