An Appreciation Dinner was held on November 17th, 2012 at New Bethel Holiness Methodist Church. Our Conference honored the presiding Bishop, James H. Woods and Conference Superintendent, Elton B. Hunt for all their work that they have both done throughout the years. Both were awarded with custom designed bolo’s containing the Conference logo. Bishop Woods’ was gold plated and the Superintendent Hunts’ was silver plated. The people of the Lumber River Holiness Methodist Conference appreciates their service, “for the workman is worthy of his meat” Matthew 10:10b, KJV.
