On October 27, 2018 the congregation of Shoeheel Holiness Methodist Church led by Bro. Mitchell Harris had a cook out with the residents of the nursing care facility in Rowland. We had an old fashioned cook out with hotdogs, hamburgers, potato salad and some delicious cakes. We were delighted to see their faces light up with the thought that “somebody came by just to cook”. The residents came out to sit and socialize and to entertain us with some beautiful singing. We were blessed to be able to come spend some time with the residents and spend the Love of Jesus with them. We are thankful that the facility allowed us to come and cook.
