On a tranquil Sunday morning, the youthful members of Shoeheel Holiness Methodist church embarked on a poignant journey to reenact the profound and timeless story of Jesus Christ’s Passion. Amidst the retelling of the events that led to his crucifixion and triumphant resurrection, a little girl pondered, “Is the story still true about Jesus?” The passionate and unwavering response from the youth reaffirmed the veracity of the story and the significance of Jesus’ sacrifice. As the celebration continued, Pastor Dwayne Lowry led the congregation in a deeply meaningful Lord’s Supper, further emphasizing the central role that Jesus plays in our lives. Indeed, through his resurrection, our faith is not in vain, and we can proudly proclaim that Jesus is Alive and Well.
