Maxton NC- Shoeheel Holiness Methodist Church on Sunday March 16th was privileged to present Brother Josh Locklear with his exhorter’s license. It was really a blessing in the fact the Reverends Steve Locklear, Malcolm Jones, Clyde Locklear along with Dwayne Lowry his pastor all laid hands on him in a time of prayer and consecration for Brother Josh and success for his work for the kingdom of the Lord.
