On October 20, 2018, several people from our conference church’s attended the city of Maxton’s Fall Street Festival to share with the community that God is real and that He Loves them. We spent the day enjoying the cool weather and witnessing to those that passed. We were about to witness to 286 people! We made sure to tell every person that we came in contact with that Jesus Loves them and that He is the only way that they could get to Heaven, and if they didn’t know him that today would be a great day to do so! We had a booth that had free pens, coloring books, tracts and of course toys for our kids. Mrs. Nicole Locklear made sure to take every child aside and read to them John 3:16. We had a wonderful time telling everybody about Jesus and we also loved hearing the stories from others about their love for Jesus and how he had been good to them! We had people to stop by to give us encouraging words and pray with and for us. We would like to encourage every church to join us on our quest to tell everybody about our Savior Jesus Christ.
Matthew 9:37-38 Reads Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”
