Fairmont- The presiding Bishop Reverend Willie Scott, Jr. along with the newly elected Conference Superintendent the Reverend Anthony Chavis, the Conference Superintendent position is an elected position by members of the Conference Bar the position had been held by the Reverend Elton B. Hunt for nearly twenty years. Brother Elton has been accompanied in his faithful service to the churches of our Lord Jesus Christ by his lovely wife Sister Paulette who has waited in the cold and heat never complaining and doing what God has called her to do. Brother Anthony is a long time faithful full member of our Conference serving in a variety of positions. It is true that he has an awesome responsibility but with the prayers and support of the members of the Conference he can with the guidance of the Holy Spirit pick up where Brother Elton left off and provide visionary leadership for the future building of God’s kingdom here on earth.
