{xtypo_dropcap}O{/xtypo_dropcap}ur lives are spent every day walking through the maze which the world has set up to lead us into a trap from which there will be no return. We often ask the question, what is meant by this world? The power of sin all around us; the influence which operates towards evil, and makes the commandment and purposes of God grievous to society. The Prince of this world has much to do with this evil power. It is his destiny to derail the Christian’s walk, that he may be lost also. 1st John 5:4 says, “For whatsoever is born of God over-cometh the world; and this is the victory that over-cometh the world, even our faith.” So if we hold fast to this faith of which John speaks then surely we will have this victory over the world, and also over the Prince of this world. If this be the case then this faith of ours becomes a Victorious Faith through Jesus Christ.
